These sessions are customizable. I am able to accommodate food sensitivities, allergies, vegan, vegetarian, whole food based, macro balanced, the goal is healthy food made fresh so people can feel great about what they are eating and not worry about what’s for dinner.
A 3 hour kitchen session is enough time for about 3-4 recipes.
Prep Together Sessions - we plan, cook and package meals together.
Private Sessions - I do all the work for you so you can do what you’d rather be doing.
Meals can be freezer friendly, pre portioned or family style.
