Through my own health journey and education as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, I’ve picked up valuable tips and tricks to help you align your day-to-day eating habits with your health (and life) goals. This is not a generic meal delivery or kit service. As a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Holistic Chef, I create fresh, supportive meals that are tailored to your needs — whether you’re looking to eat more intentionally, reduce stress around mealtime, or simply have one less thing on your plate so that you can spend more time and energy on something else you truly enjoy.

Together, we co-create a plan that works with your taste buds, rhythms, and health goals. Meals are prepared family-style or individually packaged (fresh,prepped to cook or freezer-friendly — or a mix of all three). You’ll always have real food ready when you need it — and even a few fresh groceries left to round out your week.

Each meal is prepared with care, positive intention, and a deep respect for the healing power of food. This is about more than just convenience — it’s about knowing the person behind your meals, and trusting that every bite was made to support your energy, mood, and vitality.

We’ll check in regularly to keep things feeling aligned, inspired, and simple. Because nourishing yourself shouldn’t feel like another job.

This 1:1 coaching is for anyone who’s ready to get more intentional in the kitchen — to stop overthinking food, start making more meals from scratch, and finally build habits that feel supportive (not stressful).

As a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, I offer practical, whole-food-focused guidance that helps you create more consistency around meals, prioritize yourself, and learn how to fuel your body in a way that feels both doable and deeply nourishing.

We’ll focus on helping you carve out time for real food, explore small shifts with big impact, and create space for grace — because life does happen. You’ll also get custom recipe inspiration and tools that support your rhythm, not work against it.

To really see change take root, I encourage a 6-week commitment of weekly calls. This gives us time to build momentum, troubleshoot, and layer in new skills at a pace that feels right for you — with some fun and lightness along the way. I want to shift the idea of food being a burden to a practice of the ultimate selfcare.

This is for you if you're willing to try something that might feel different or a little uncomfortable to start, open to learning, and want a coach who will meet you with realness, warmth, and zero judgment. All dietary lifestyles are welcome.
