Time and money saving Tip: This session is all about working with what you’ve got. No need for a big grocery shop unless you want to, keep it simple.


Try out a a couple new, easy, nourishing recipes — or I do encourage you to use ingredients you already have in your pantry or freezer and use some recipes of your own.

*I will send out recipes by November 18th* they will be treat/snack focused with simple ingredients you hopefully already have most of in your pantry.
